Explore the Val de Bagnes with our culinary bike tours, a unique experience combining the pleasure of cycling with local culinary discovery. Using the map provided at the start of the tour, follow one of the suggested routes, stopping for lunch at carefully selected restaurants to savor local products while exploring the alpine landscapes.
The Discovery route takes you to the heart of the Val de Bagnes, from the heights of the Mauvoisin dam to the valley's gateway. You will pass through forests, mountain pastures, and small villages, with breathtaking views of the mountains and Verbier. An accessible ride, perfect for a complete immersion in nature and gastronomy.

ESV has 9 schools spread throughout French-speaking Switzerland:

Verbier, Champery, Geneva, La Côte, Lausanne, Le Chablais, Sion, Fribourg et Basel.

How to dress for mountain biking?

MTB helmet : essential for obvious security reasons.

MTB clothing bottoms : shorts or trousers.

MTB clothing top : jersey, base layer, technical jacket.

MTB gloves : long or short and warmer for the winter.

MTB shoes : more or less notched according to the degree of grip required.

MTB glasses : for eye protection and clear visibility.

Protections : knee and elbow pads if necessary.
