At ESV, we provide a safe and fun environment for your children to learn the basics of mountain biking. Our experienced instructors will guide your youth through scenic trails and teach them the skills they need to become experts on two wheels.
Mountain biking is a great way to get your youth to exercise and enjoy the outdoors. Not only will they gain physical strength and confidence, but they will also learn important trail safety skills.

Where are our Bike Clubs?
ESV has 5 Bike Clubs spread throughout the French-speaking part of Switzerland:
ESV Geneva, ESV Métabief et ESV Crans Montana.
All additional information will be communicated precisely during the booking process.
How to dress for mountain biking?
MTB helmet : essential for obvious security reasons.
MTB clothing bottoms : shorts or trousers.
MTB clothing top : jersey, base layer, technical jacket.
MTB gloves : long or short and warmer for the winter.
MTB shoes : more or less notched according to the degree of grip required.
MTB glasses : for eye protection and clear visibility.
Protections : knee and elbow pads if necessary.
