As the welts on my undercarriage start to support I'm left with only good memories of 3 days of exhilarating riding, in an amazing alpine playground in the company of a perfect group. Thank you all for welcoming Logan (and Finn). I wasn't quite sure how they'd find it, but Logan recounted only positive stories to his mum, so I am firmly in the good books! And to Ismael and Yann, what amazing guides you were! How to dress for mountain biking?
MTB helmet : essential for obvious security reasons.
MTB clothing bottoms : shorts or trousers.
MTB clothing top : jersey, base layer, technical jacket.
MTB gloves : long or short and warmer for the winter.
MTB shoes : more or less notched according to the degree of grip required.
MTB glasses : for eye protection and clear visibility.
Protections : knee and elbow pads if necessary.
