Fantastic experience for my 9-year-old son who in only 3 half-days made incredible progress thanks to Theo and had a lot of fun! Theo is an excellent teacher, he has very good contact with children (and adults). He adapts with great psychology to your child's needs and sets up a personalized approach, adapted exercises, and adequate lessons to maximize progress. How to dress for mountain biking?
MTB helmet : essential for obvious security reasons.
MTB clothing bottoms : shorts or trousers.
MTB clothing top : jersey, base layer, technical jacket.
MTB gloves : long or short and warmer for the winter.
MTB shoes : more or less notched according to the degree of grip required.
MTB glasses : for eye protection and clear visibility.
Protections : knee and elbow pads if necessary.
